Warren's Gourmet Burger Company - Food Couriers Delivery

It was a cold wet evening, the Bristol Whipped team had arrived home after a long day to find that the cupboard was bare! In order to save this situation we reached for the computer and decide to seek help from the Food Couriers.

After already trying The Burger Joint when the Food Couriers was still in testing mode we decided to try the next burger choice along the list - Warren's Gourmet Burger Company.

Whilst there is less "picking your own" combos when compared to The Burger Joint, there is still a massive range to choose from (more choices here than if you choose Home Delivery from Warren's website direct!).
We went for the Mexican Chicken and the Chicken Rodeo (with added hash brown).
Feast your eyes upon a true stack of a burger!

The Mexican Chicken was extremely flavoursome and He from Bristol Whipped particularly liked how tasty the chicken was. She preferred the Chicken rodeo with its awesome onion ring and BBQ sauce goodness, but unfortunately if there had originally been any cheese in the burger (as advertised) it had all ended up stuck to the bottom of the bag it came in. Damn.

The chips were good but the coleslaw divided opinion. He doesn't normally like this type of side but actually ate the whole thing, whereas She who normally loves coleslaw was not a fan. Perhaps not quite enough mayo and perhaps slightly too peppery? I guess it depends on your taste!

The burgers were huge and really enjoyable. The only problem was that about half of the Chicken Rodeo tasted like fizzy orange drink as it seems quite a lot had spilled from the cardboard cup with plastic lid some time during The Food Couriers delivery. No fault of Warren's and I'm sure just a mishap with the Couriers. But perhaps next time separating drinks from food could be a good delivery option?...

All in all very tasty. He of Bristol Whipped thinks he may now prefer Warren's to The Burger Joint, but She of Bristol Whipped still favours the Joint. Now all we need to do is work through the entire menus of each place so we can get a more rounded opinion!
Heres to Burger eating!

Top Tip: If you want the full range of Warren's Burgers for delivery order through Food Couriers, as the Home Delivery section on Warren's own site only has a limited selection (at time of writing), but don't forget the added Food Courier cost. Plus see if you can get those drinks separate!
